The Challenge
A flowpack packaging machine for mini chocolates, where the machine axes must stay precisely synchronised so every product is packed correctly.
The Solution
We implemented motion control with 4 Schneider servo motors and dynamic position control (phasing / gearing), keeping the axes synchronised with each other during operation.
