Industry 4.0 & Predictive Maintenance

We transform your production line into a "smart" facility.Through continuous Condition Monitoring, we track the electrical and operational behavior of your equipment in real time, directly from Inverters and PLCs.By recording parameters such as current fluctuations, voltage peaks, phase asymmetries, and temperatures inside electrical panels, we promptly detect overload trends or material "fatigue." This allows you to prevent critical electrical faults (such as burnt motors or DIN rail component failures) and schedule maintenance exactly when needed, eliminating unplanned downtime and extending the lifespan of your installations.

A Full Test Report for Every Panel

Every panel undergoes strict quality control (Routine Tests) using the HT Fulltest3 machine and panel safety analyzer. We deliver every project with a complete test report, which includes:

Machine Safety Compliance (IEC/EN 60204-1)

Dielectric strength verification at a 1000VAC test voltage, insulation resistance measurement at 500VDC, and protective conductor continuity testing (200mA).

Indirect Contact Protection (IEC/EN 60204-1)

Thorough testing of automatic disconnection of supply, including RCD tripping (Types AC, A, B up to 1A) in TT systems, as well as verification of circuit breakers (Curves B, C, D, K) and fuses (gG, aM) in TN systems.

Panel Compliance (IEC/EN 61439-1-2)

Precise verification of clearances and creepage distances, as well as earth continuity testing at a high test current of ≥10A.

High Dielectric Strength (IEC/EN 61439-1-2)

Power frequency tests at 1800VAC, alternative mains frequency tests up to 3400/5100VAC, and dielectric strength verification on insulating enclosures (up to 2835V).

Operator Protection

Verification that residual voltage discharges below 60V within the required time limits (5s/1s), protecting personnel from electric shock after the panel is de-energized.

Active Safety with LiDAR Scanners

Human-robot collaboration is completely safe thanks to integrated LiDAR area scanners. The system "sees" its surroundings in real time. If a worker enters the warning zone, the cobot automatically slows down. If a person comes within contact distance, the robot stops instantly and resumes only when the area is clear again.
