The Challenge
A new lithium battery production line in Xanthi, with a large number of motors that had to operate in coordination and strict safety requirements for operators.
The Solution
We implemented the line's motion control with 27 Schneider inverters, connected over a PROFINET network for fast and reliable communication.
The line's safety functions are handled by a SICK Safety PLC.
