Fence-free cobot with a dual pallet station and No-Code programming.
The Challenge
Palletizing boxes at the end of the line is repetitive, heavy work, while conventional industrial palletizing cells require safety fencing and a lot of floor space.
The Solution
We delivered a ready-to-use (turn-key) AtomRobot collaborative palletizing station that operates without safety fencing and integrates directly into the existing production line.
LiDAR scanners automatically reduce speed when someone enters the warning zone and stop the cobot at contact distance. New pallet patterns and box sizes are set up from the touch screen, with no code required.

Results
Palletizing up to 2.4 m high, continuous operation thanks to the dual pallet station (zero downtime), and space savings, since no fencing is required.
